Individual Tax Forms
Individual W-4 Fill-In Form - Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct Federal income taxes from your pay. Because your tax situation may change, you may want to refigure your withholding each year. You may also want to update your Form W-4 if your personal situation changes, such as marriage or birth of a child.
Form 1040-ES - Fill-In Form - Estimated Tax For Individuals. The due dates for these quarterly estimated tax payments are April 15, June 15, September 15, and January 15 of the following year. Note that if the due date falls on a weekend, the due date is the following Monday.
Business Tax Forms
Form I-9 - Employment Eligibility Form. Employers must complete this form by examining evidence of identity and employment eligibility within three (3) business days of the date of employment.
Texas New Hire Home Page Website - Employers may now complete Verification of Employment Letters on this website. New hires must be reported within twenty (20) days of the date of employment.
Form SS-4 Fill-In Form - Application for Employer Identification Number. For use by employers, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, certain individuals and others.
